Rehman Mehmooda Lifeline Foundation (RMLF) is a Section 8 non-profit organisation committed to empowering underserved communities through sustainable, people-centric development initiatives. Based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, RMLF works at the grassroots level to address social, educational, healthcare, and environmental challenges faced by vulnerable populations.
We believe that lasting change is achieved by building capacities, creating awareness, and enabling access to opportunities, rather than short-term relief. Our approach focuses on strengthening communities so individuals can lead dignified, self-reliant lives.

Our Approach
